Our company symbol is the magnolia flower, which has pinkish-purple flowers.
It is also called a “compass flower” in Japan because the tips of its buds are said to always point north.

And like the magnolia flower, we hope to act as a guide always pointing in the right direction.

From the CEO

In March 2023, The Magnolia Company has started its 17th year.
Harajuku station where our company is located was renewed and the area where we opened our office 16 years ago has completely changed.

The year 2020 was the beginning of upheaval with a global pandemic unlike anything ever experienced.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 2022 continues, and the war has been prolonged.
Because of these issues we now face, there is no doubt that significant change is on the horizon.

Under these circumstances, and with the diverse changes in media, we intend to continue in our earnest approach to video production with respect for the perspectives and values of all human beings.
We hope that as we focus on enriching viewers’ lives through the power of words and images, we will also be able to contribute to society.
